Since our services are customized, time-based, and digitally delivered, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before booking any consultation or service.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for consultations, reports, remedies, gemstone recommendations, or any other astrological services are non-refundable, under all circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind after booking a session.
Dissatisfaction with consultation results or predictions.
Missed or delayed sessions due to client unavailability.
Technical issues on the client’s end (e.g., internet problems, phone issues).
Each consultation or report involves dedicated preparation, analysis of your birth chart, and personalized guidance — hence, refunds are not possible once payment is made.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change, so we allow limited flexibility:
If you wish to reschedule a session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance by email or phone.
Requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be accommodated.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show”, and the consultation fee will be forfeited.
Rescheduled sessions will be confirmed based on availability.
3. Service Delivery
All astrology services are delivered digitally via:
Online video calls, phone sessions, or email reports, depending on your chosen service.
Once a consultation is conducted or a report is delivered, the service is considered successfully completed and non-refundable.
4. Exceptional Cases (At Our Discretion)
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Astrologer Ankur Verma reserves the right to consider exceptions in rare cases such as:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Accidental double booking for the same session.
In such cases, a partial or full refund may be processed after verification, at our sole discretion.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
