We offer both digital and physical services/products:

Digital Deliveries: Astrology consultations, birth chart analysis, reports, and remedies are delivered online via email, WhatsApp, or video/phone sessions.

Physical Deliveries: Products like gemstones, yantras, or other recommended spiritual items are shipped through reliable courier services to your provided address.

2. Delivery Timelines

For Digital Services

Personalized astrology reports or charts are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days after successful payment and confirmation of required details (like date, time, and place of birth).

Consultation session links or schedules are shared via email or WhatsApp as per the mutually agreed appointment time.

For Physical Products (Gemstones, Remedies, etc.)

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days of confirmed payment.

Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier partner, and availability of the product.

You will receive a tracking ID once your product has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping within India: Standard shipping is free for most products unless specified otherwise.

International Shipping: Additional charges may apply depending on the destination country and courier partner.

Shipping costs (if any) will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

If an incorrect address leads to product return or non-delivery, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.

We are not responsible for delays caused by situations beyond our control, such as:

Incorrect delivery information provided by the client.

However, we always strive to keep our clients informed about any delay or rescheduling.

7. Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments

9. Digital Delivery Confirmation

For digital astrology services, delivery will be considered completed once:

The report, file, or recording has been sent to your registered email or WhatsApp, or

The consultation session has been successfully conducted.
